I have a MacBook Pro that is 1.5 years old now. It started malfunctioning right after only a few weeks and I did it directly from Apple on 4 occasions during the warranty period. The fault was partly strange sound from the CD drive, and that the on / off button hanged himself and got stuck in the depressed position, and that the computer turns itself off, hangs, freezes, programs will not open without just stand and jump and so on. 2 service times at Apple was software error, reinstall the computer. 2 service times at Apple was hardware failure, once the CD drive and changed once a cord changed in the computer. They also changed the chassis as this model apparently had problems with the on / off button. The sound from the CD drive was then dissolved and the button, but the computer still hangs, freezes, restarts itself, etc. etc.. When the error was still there after that, I went directly to the Media Markt to complain computer, trema this after Apple store asked me to make a complaint directly to the Reseller. This resulted then in 1 service where they changed a cord, again. trema The error persisted and then it had been more than a year, so the guarantee trema was there, but I claimed 3 year warranty and 90 day repair warranty, and submitted again. Now I wanted to cancel trema the purchase. Then said Media Markt (or LAN MASTER as sent to) that it was the hard drive that crashed. Still the same error I was experiencing, hangs, freezes, restarts itself, trema the program just stand and jump for 10 minutes but did not open, and so on. The hard disk is not on the warranty but MM cost of goodwill which of course is really good, but the same problem persists! I notice no difference. I leave the computer once again, almost a month ago. Media Markt (Lan-Master) now finds nothing wrong and wants me to pay 750: - to pick up the computer. (At my service paper says that examination fee for the computer is 299: -?) And the computer is exactly the same as before the hard drive replacement, nothing has improved. I try to refer to "three times the same error" and says that I have the right to cancel trema the purchase. But MM says that it was only two times I had the same error (cable replacement) and that there have been other failures of the other times (replacing the CD-ROM drive), and that replacement hard drive does not count as one time. I believe that the perceived trema problem trema has been the same at all times and that if the workshop repairing various things in the computer to try to correct the error, can not be my problem? I maintain constant contact with the consumer ombudsman in my municipality as on previous occasions trema the service said that I did not have the right to rescind the purchase, but now at the last-out trema said that NOW I have actually correct. Consumer Ombudsman asks me to do an ARN-notification with his help unless the company meets my complaint trema in a better way. If that is the next step in this dispute, I will notify the ARN but I think you can find a better solution before you need to go that far. A computer for 10,500 - should not need to be serviced on 7 occasions at 1.5 years. It is unreasonable. I need better help than Saha.
