Over the past forty-five years, God has answered our every prayer of faith. He gave us everything we believe. Although we encountered obstacles and were difficult times, we had nothing needed. We were totally and completely blessed!
Oh well. I just can not understand these people. Maybe they heard some erroneous message of faith. Maybe someone told them that God does not do now cvoi promises. Whatever the reason for this their approach, I would like to assure all of them that live by faith in the Word of God is great, but not bad.
Faith will heal your body. It will correct your children. It will thrive in the field of finance. Faith will remove the restrictions and win everything this world can throw at you, because in the first Epistle of John 5:4 says, "And this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith."
Why? Because without faith we can not take from him the way he wants it, and our commitment is extremely important to God! After all, He sent Jesus to the cross, that He took upon Himself all the curse - every ailment, every sickness, poverty and all sorts of destruction ih - that we may be blessed. ih Jesus paid the price of His own blood for that purchase our salvation, our redemption, our healing and our prosperity. ih God sacrificed His Son to provide for us an abundant life, and we can accept it in its entirety by faith alone!
You can say, "Well, ih Gloria, lives by faith requires a lot of effort. Can not I leave everything in God's hands and hope for the best? Can not I just let him give me all that, in his opinion, I have to? "
You can, but you lose a lot, because it is not God's way. One of my favorite preachers said: "We can not leave in the hands of God that He has given into our hands." And God gave us the responsibility ih to accept His blessings by faith.
I'm not saying that we should not hope for the best. Hope - it was good, and the hope, of course, is better than despair. But by itself is not much hope for change in our lives. For that to happen, we need faith.
Hebrews 11:1 says, "Faith ih is the substance of things ih hoped for things not seen." Faith turns hope into possession! So let us examine ourselves today. Let's take a look a fresh look at how the true faith, ih and will make sure that we are in fact doing everything we need to live by faith. Faith hears
This means that our top priority, as people of faith should be spending time in God's Word. Without the Word of God the principles of faith are simply empty formula - a formula that does not work.
We learned this from Kenneth's brother Kenneth Hagin at a time when Kenneth was a thirty-year students at Oral Roberts University. At home we had two small children, no savings, and we just could not afford to take a ride to another part of the city. But when Brother Hagin began a ten-day seminars on faith, we have done everything you need to get to every meeting. We went there in the rain, and sleet, and snow, because we know that we need to hear the Word of God!
Although since then many years have passed, I still had the same attitude. I never let that my day went without spending time in God's Word. If you are going to live by faith, you have to have the same attitude. Why? Because it is the Word of God provides you with faith needed to make God's blessings. This is where your life. This is where your healing. This is where your prosperity. This is where you will find a solution to the problems in your family.
Amazing happens when you keep the Word of God before his eyes, and invest it in their ears, to fall in your heart to spare. It begins to look to you within you. It gives you the answers to the questions that confront you. If your body starts to feel the symptoms of the disease, the Word of God is within you let it slip and say, "Jesus bore your sickness and took your infirmity." If you happened to contingencies, the Word of God says to you, "God fills all your needs according to His riches in glory."
Daily time spent in God's Word helps you to think like God thinks about all the challenges that you face. It recharges your belief that you can be where you need to be! Faith believes
Although it might not be necessary to remind ih you of that faith to believe as the way it is, by definition, ih we need to remind ourselves the following: faith and doubt can not co-exist. Therefore, in order to live by faith, we must banish all doubt!
In Mark 11:23 Jesus said it this way: "For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea," and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says is - he shall have whatsoever he saith "(emphasis added).
