SANTO DOMINGO. Dominican Basketball Federation (Fedombal) will launch this Thursday Basketball Caribbean Cup, with seven teams from Mexico and Dominican Republic 18, at the Sports Club Mauricio pic Baez, in Villa Juana. In the contest will compete in three categories: U-12, U-14 and U-15 male and female branches and will be played in different courts pic of the National District and Santo Domingo Province. pic The information was Rafael Uribe, president of Fedombal after a working meeting of the Organizing Committee and President of the Mexican Federation of Basketball, Mario Mendez. From Mexico arrived in the country seven teams from the cities of Sonora, Oaxaca (The Triqui, playing barefoot Indians), Coahuila and Puebla.
